Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe Bananas

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 stick Butter, Melted

  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream, or Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1 bag Milk Chocolate Chips

  • 1 ½ Cup Flour

  • 1 cup White Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla

  • 1 Tbsp Salt

  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Batter: Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Add the eggs, melted butter, vanilla, sugar, and sour cream, and mix until well combined.

  2. Mix dry Ingredients: In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda.

  3. Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  4. Bake: Pour the batter into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  5. Cool & Serve: Allow the bread to cool before slicing. Serve and enjoy!

  • Taste good with blue berries too!
