Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Strawberry Cake Mix

  • 1 stick Butter, melted

  • 4 Large Eggs

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese

  • 2 cups Confection Sugar

  • 1 cup Strawberries, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg. Mix until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.

    Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased baking dish (9x13 for a thinner layer or 9x7 for a thicker crust).

  2. Make the Filling: In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining 3 eggs and continue mixing until fully incorporated. Gradually mix in the confectioners’ sugar, then fold in the strawberries.

  3. Bake: Pour the filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is still jiggly.

  4. Cool & Serve: Allow the cake to cool completely so it can fully set before serving. Top with whipped cream and additional strawberries, if desired.

Special Note

  • Wash the strawberries thoroughly with baking soda and water to help remove any remaining pesticides or residue.
