Alia’s Newsletter: The Investor’s Insider
Recognizing the need for a stronger client engagement strategy, I developed and launched a monthly newsletter from the ground up for a financial advisory firm. Working directly with the company owner and within the firm's compliance regulations, I established an editorial structure and created a distinct brand voice that was both engaging and adherent to industry standards. The newsletter featured a main industry article, key financial reminders and deadlines, and a community-focused section highlighting local holidays and events to build a more personal connection with the firm's Memphis-based clientele. A reader response section was also incorporated to encourage ongoing engagement and ensure future content stayed relevant to the audience's interests.
